One thing is, I would like to clarify when you said "I couldn't find this part number in Quartus Pro 26.1 nor older versions like Quartus Pro 23.3 "
but you also said "Quartus 23.3 device selection does show the part I have:"
Can you confirm this?

I checked this internally with the engineering team.
For device OPN AGIB027R29A1E2VR3, the recommended Quartus versions are Quartus Prime Pro 22.2 through 23.3.
This OPN was discontinued from the Quartus 23.4 release onward, so it is not supported in Quartus 23.4 or later releases, including Quartus 26.1.
Please use Quartus Prime Pro 23.3 or an earlier recommended release when working with this device.

First of all as I said, I can't figure out how to program the device in 23.3, please see the first screenshot of the Programmer, the AGIB027R29A1E2VR3 part number doesn't exist there, when choosing for example the AGIB027R29AR3 from the list and trying to program it, the programmer shows an error of mismatch between OPN in quartus and OPN in quartus programmer:
Also, as I said, Agilex 7 known issues document has a lot of issues that affect me and the solution there is to move to newer Quartus versions (25.1.1 and above)
