Could you provide the details below, I can check if this board still under warranty.

1. Board Serial number(sticker sticked under the board).

I am sorry to hear your project got delayed due to board not functional.

Let me check with Customer Service for the warranty for RMA.

Aside, I guess you connected the board to PC using USB cable. Do you have USB Blaster II programming cable to try connect the board to its 10pin JTAG connector?

Please check if it can return as soon as possible,

We connect to micro usb, it suppose to show USB Blaster II, but there's no response.
also download official testing program and it can't locate FPGA as well.

I checked Mouser also filed IPS case for the same board with same serial number.

We already send the instruction to Mouser on the RMA process in IPS case.

I am closing this case now.
