Hi DK-DEV-10CX220-A shows JTAG can't find the chip, how do we solve it?

I am sorry for late reply. I was out sick for last few weeks.

Could you provide the details below, I can check if this board still under warranty.

Board Serial number(sticker sticked under the board).

We bought it on Sep from Mouser, but still frustrated on solving the situation and the project has been delayed.
