DK-DEV-10AX115S-A Arria 10GX FPGA Signal Integrity development kit issue

Intel team,

M/s HCL Technologies, Chennai had purchased ( DK-DEV-10AX115S-A ) Arria 10GX FPGA Signal Integrity development kit, invoice dated 14th September 2023 through M/s Macnica cytec, Singapore.

We observe issue with Reset signal.

We would like to submit for repair. Please let us know how to proceed.

    I’m sorry, but this forum does not handle repair-related matters. If you purchased your device directly from Intel/Altera, you can reach out to your sales representative. If you purchased it through a third-party distributor, please contact them. They will be able to submit a service request to check if the device is still covered under repair service.
