http://www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?language=english&categoryno=53&no=83 Go to the RESOURCES tab and download the CD image files. You will get schematics, but to my knowledge TerASIC does not supply BOM files or PCB layout for any of their boards.
