Demo program for using IR receiver on DE2-115 Board

Hi, I am looking for a demo program to test the Remote Control on the DE2_115 Board, Its called DE2_115_IR.sof. there are lots of mentions to this file on the internet but no where to download it :(

Can anybody help me locate this file please or any advice on how to write some VHDL code for receiving the IR signal from the remote control.
