DE4 FPGA power dissipation

Hello all,

Anyone know how much power can FPGA IC dissipate with heatsink and fan provided into DE4-230 or DE4-530 kit?

Terasic give no info about thermal performance of heatsink and fan.

PowerPlay give me an estimated power dissipation of 7W.. (no toggle data, default 12.5%)
