de0-Nano noise on outputs

Hi, Just working on a project with my De0-Nano, outputting a data stream to a DAC and noticed that the boards output pins are pretty damn noisy. Don't have an analyzer getting around 1.5V pk-p...

Thanks for the heads up guys I appreciate the responses, I had the project apart and cleaned up some messy areas. Everything is working as expected now.
