De0-Nano + ADA

I'd like to buy Terasic THDB_ADA cards to extent my DE0-Nano board. Two questions before:

1. Is it possible to use Terasic THDB_ADA card with DE0-Nano board? Just plug pin to pin and play.

2. Is it possible to use 4 ADCs from 2 THDB_ADA cards with DE0-Nano board? In that case both ADA cards will be connected to DE0-Nano by data cables, off course it leads to using both GPIO headers on DE0-Nano for ADCs, DACs outs on ADA will ignored. Are GPIO headers on DE0-Nano identical?
