Data write into internal Flash/ROM/EEPROM in EP2C5T144C8

Hi,

I am working on Altera Cyclone - II EP2C5T144C8 board and I am new to this.

I have a requirement: write my data (size about 2K) in the internal memory (flash/EEPROM) and it should be retrieved at every power cycles.

Please guide and share me a sample VHDL / Verilog code.
