Cyclone V GX Starter Kit SD Card

Hi, I received my Cyclone V GX Starter Kit with SD Card support, ran the C5G_SD_DEMO Demonstration only

programming the sof file (Quartus II 13.0 web edition), and ran using Nios II 13.0 Software Build Tools for Eclipse, everything worked ok.

bu when trying to compile through Quartus II enviroment (web edition) generating "C5G_SD_DEMO_time_limited.sof"

and then using Nios II IDE again, the elf is programmed well and Verification is OK also

but nothing is working, seems like the CPU is stuck

even debug not breaks at any point. what could be the problem?
