Cyclone V GT Development kit - Triple-rate SDI II Reference Design

Hi all,

i have been run an example " Triple-rate SDI II Reference Design for Stratix V, Arria V & Cyclone V devices", using Cyclone V GT Development kit. , link reference on alterawiki (http://alterawiki.com/wiki/triple-rate_sdi_ii_reference_design_for_stratix_v,_arria_v_%26_cyclone_v_devices).

i want to use loopback channel to display on monitor. but have an problem

if i connected from output CH1 DUT ( SDI out1 on SDI HSMC Card) to input loopback channel ( SDI IN2 on SDI HSMC Card), output in loopback channel ( SDI OUT2 on SDI HSMC Card) connected to montitor. Video pattern generator have configed HD-SDI 1920x1080p@30fps, monitor have displayed an pattern.->

but i connected output from hd-sdi camera 1920x1080p@30fps to input loopback channel ( SDI IN2 on SDI HSMC Card), output in loopback channel ( SDI OUT2 on SDI HSMC Card) connected to montitor. monitor indicate to have no signal. i don't know why? who have used this kit? please please explain to me!
