Cyclone IV reference design

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for Cyclone IV reference designs. I was unable to find any on Altera's website. There are designs that came with Board Test System but those are really basic.

I am trying to design HDMI scalar using Cyclone IV. Please help me if anyone has any pointers to guide me in the right direction.
