Cyclone III starter kit

Question

Hi, I'm thinking of buying the Altera Starter kit for Cyclone III.

What I can't seem to tell from the available info on altera's website: whether the fpga is soldered on the board, or whether it's on a socket and detachable.

Anybody know ?

All Altera kits have the FPGA soldered.
