Custom PCI Express test on Reference Design on Arria II GX board

Hi

I ran the Reference Design example on Arria II GX board for PCI Express.

I want to write a custom test now using the reference design.

Altera has provided a .exe file for the test. Is there a way we can see what are the test vectors they give and how they ran the test? I want to create my test for this reference design. Can anyone guide on how to go about it.
