Could you please provide me with the FIT Reliability number for Intel FPGA p/n 10M02SCM153C8G ?

Hi Bill,

EP2AGX45DF25C6 is Non-Compliant RoHS product and has been discontinued and replace with a RoHS compliant which is EP2AGX45DF25C6G. Kindly refer to our PDN 2009 for more information:
