Core voltage dropping during operation

Hello everyone .

I am using Stratix V GS FPGA in my PCB. The Stratix V GS FPGA core voltage(0.85V) is dropping(0.64V) after few minutes of operation. After which my PCB is not working. The regulator used for core supply is LMZ10530. Please give your inputs.

    Hi ,

    This you may suspect the regulator may be not able to provide the voltage after the configuration of FPGA.

    Is it possible to give voltage from an external source and try.
