Configuration file size for Cyclone 10LP FPGA - 10CL055YF484I7G

I am using two Cyclone 10LP FPGAs (10CL055YF484I7G). I want to know the size of configuration file so that I can select appropriate EPCQ memory

What is the largest size that you could have in the fabric of the part if you were not using external memory at all?
