Computer doesn't recognize my DevKit MaxV

Hi erverybody! I have a developement kit MaxV and I installed USB blaster successfully. But when I connected my board on my PC it doesnt recognize my board. I lspears Altera Board System and an error message appears "Could not find port". When spears Quartus II 11.1 and I want my program component, "failed" appears in progress windows. I configured correctly my ports correctly, the driver are installed succesfull, the version of firmware is good. I tried different solutions but I don't understand why it doesn't work. Help me please.
