Can't program FPGA on Cyclone 10 GX Development Kit. What am I doing wrong?

I compiled the project in Qurtus 17.1 Pro and trying to program the FPGA with sof file via USB-BlasterII.

I'm running Flash Programmer. And when I'm trying to auto detect devices in the jtag chain, it sees the MAX 10M08SA device, but can't recognize the FPGA 10CX220YF780 that goes futher. So I can't program it.

    Hi Mikhail,

    Can you try to change the switches to default position on your Cyclone 10 GX Development Kit?

    Also, can you drag the programming file into the Quartus Programmer and then program? It should be working fine.
