Can not load examples fro MAX10 dev kit

Bought the max10 dev kit and cannot get any of the design files to load. Down loaded the .par files and they will not run. Found an obscure post that you have to download the .par then run a number o...

I downloaded the dev kit files but can not find a .qpf file for the max10 development system software that is loaded on the board I bought.
