Camera Capture Fail

I have a problem with camera capture when I connect the D5M camera with DE2-70 board then the download code is finished I get this error

Execute(E:\DE2_70_CAMERA\SW\NOISDownload.bat)fail

after click ok

download NIOS2 file (DE2_70_CAMERA.elf) fail

now when I click camera capture I get fail

Can you explain to me what is wrong in my work?

but the video is working properly even the zoom is working
