Both CPU0 and CPU1 found on 5CSEBA5U23I7S (which supposed to be a single core)

There seems to be an issue regarding this case, I apologize for overlooking this case.

With the current situation, we could not get the communication to solve your issue entirely.

Thus, the recommendation regarding your dual core found in your "single core " device that you ordered, is to only use the single core provided which is the Core 0. Using the second core of the device would be at your own risked.
