There is support for Agilex7 using hwlibs referring to the "Supported Feature" on github HWlibs source code as below:

Sorry that there was a typo error in my previous comment. I mean there is no support for Agilex7 using hwlibs referring to the "Supported Feature" on github HWlibs source code as below:

https://github.com/altera-opensource/intel-socfpga-hwlib

You can still use the hwlibs driver components but will require user to modify the changes accordingly to the specific board.
