Arria V Starter kit installation software

hi

i am using Arria V GX starter kit, Quartus 15.0 software. everything went good, but when i want to perform board test using the board test system software i am getting the error. the error is in the attached pictures.

i tried everything reinstalling the test software, changed the path as given in the document.

i am hoping someone can help me.

i also called intel and submitted a ticket
