Arria V GX has 12 PLLs, but Quartus (V15.0.0 Build 145 Full Version) doesn't support *any* of them? Not enough chars allows for my growing list of problems I'm having with the Arria V development kit, but this is the current roadblock. Any clues?

    Hi ,

    I tried to make the design, it works for me , I am kindly requesting to reinstall the quartus with Administrative privileges,

    and also try to instantiate from the IP CATALOG
