Thank you for posting in Intel community forum and hope all is well.
Unfortunately there is no readily available BSP for Arria V devices, but there are BSP for Arria 10 devices as below:
Hence with that some custom porting on the platform required for the existing BSP which maybe a challenges. More information can be found in the section 4. Available Training:
Note: As OpenCL has already being discontinue, hence this would just be our best support. Would advise to look for Intel OneAPI instead. (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/oneapi/fpga.html)
