Arria 10 Soc Development Kit shows no text on the display.

I start with the "Quick Start Guide - Verify Basic Operation". I see no text on the display and the red LED D17 flash configuration fails is on. On the UART J10 I see: U-Boot 2014.10 (May 01 2016 ...

Hi, now the board starts with the QSPI_TPBGA Card instead of the sd card. It gets an IP from the DHCP Server. I have to put in U-Boot the mac adress with setenv. Or I can start the board with the NANDX8 card. But here I can't use setenv so I don't get an IP from the DHCP Server. When I start the board with the QSPI-TPBGA card successfully I can't use "Interaction with" in the webserver because I can't see the pticture with the board where I can do something. I tested it with Firefox and Internet Explorer on windows 10.
