Arria 10 SoC Development Kit FMC Connection

I am designing a custom FMC Card for the Arria 10 SoC Development Kit (DK-SOC-10AS066S-A) to interface with FMC Port A on the dev board. My board requires use of the LVDS Pins. When I went to the User Guide (https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/support/boards-kits/arria10/soc/es2_files/a10-soc-dk-ug_2.pdf) on page 5-37 the pin numbers for the certain differential pairs don't match that of the Dev Board Schematic (https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/support/boards-kits/arria10/soc/production_files/a10_soc_devkit_03_31_2016.pdf) on page 17.

I am curious about this discrepancy and was wondering which pin numbering I should follow.
