arria 10 gx fpga发烫，程序下载不了

故障现象： 1、上电后，能明显感觉到FPGA的温度在不断上升并且烫手 2、程序下载不成功 故障排查过程及相关疑问： 所有拨动开关按手册中的说明，拨到了默认位置。 对上电后FPGA的各路电压用万用表都进行了测量，都是正常的。可以排除FPGA的电源故障导致的上述故障。（各路电压正常是不是可以排除FPGA烧掉了？） Micro_USB线和开发板上的Micro_USB口连接后，在Quartu...
