Occasional Contributor@AAbd RAhman_Intel I tried with Quartus 19.3 and later with 18.1 after a suggestion from another Intel engineer. What readme.txt are you referring to? -- there are many. How can I tell what the dev kit version is? FWIW the board serial number is 10APCIe0003031.
