Application Example Read/write SRAM on Cyclone_III_Starter_kit

Hello,

I'm newbie on FPGA, I want to build an application based on nios ii system in order to fill the external sram (cyclon iii starter kit) and to read it back. Can somebody give me an example.

I suppose i have to build the hardware with sopc builder, to use a template for creating the sofware, to write c main routine to read a file and write adress the Sram, but I don't know where to find all this information. Can somebody tell me which tutorial is close to my need and where to find the necessary information.
