Altera Development Kits DK-DEV-10AX115S-A Problem

Question

When I test the Altera Development Kits DK-DEV-10AX115S-A, I found some defective in J2. I connect the AD9265-FMC-125EBZ into J2, then I can't receiver the good response. Of course, I promise the AD9265-FMC-125EBZ is good. And when I change another DK-DEV-10AX115S-A, the result is good. So, I came to the conclusion that the original DK-DEV-10AX115S-A was bad. I measure the impedance of J2 with a multimeter, and I find D18(FMCB_LA_TX_N6) and G12（FMCB_LA_RX_P2） are about 30kohm to GND, they are difference with another good one

Thank you very much for your response. I am looking for RMA request several days.  But without correct way.S/N:10APCIe0003421P/N:6XX-44366R-0GI bought it from Mouser .
