In the Development Kit Edition (DKE) cyclonevgt are included licenses for ip megacore?(fir, crc, ethernet,dspbuilder,fft... and others?)

Where can i find informations of the feautures included in the license?

As far as I know, It only contains Quartus license without IP. You can purchase IP licenses separately if needed.

I just received the kit, but inside is not the quartus installation dvd.

I must first download quartus standard or lite?
