New ContributorWe use Autodesk CFD for our thermal analysis, so we need a STEP file of the mechanical assembly with thermal material properties we can assign to the parts. Intel provides this table with the thermal model, but it is missing specific heat capacity and material density which we need to simulate an accurate die temperature.
