Add board to Quartus

If it's not there and you installed Cyclone 10 devices (does it show up on the Devices tab?), you would need to check the design store. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/support-resources/design-examples/design-store.html

But I don't think the board-aware flow is available for Cyclone 10 devices in Quartus. Or at least there aren't already created board.xml files for existing dev kits. You may need to create a custom one which you can do in Quartus or Platform Designer.

For Cyclone 10 boards, you may need to create your own .xml to make it visible on the board selection list.
