About using the RZQ for termination calibration

Hi,all.

According the Purpose IOs Handbook, different I/O Standards need different RZQ value for calibration, but only one RZQ are used for DDR3 controller. How to solve this problem?

    Hi Sir,

    The resistor value depends on the OCT termination type and signal leveling (for example 100R RZQ resistor value for 1.8V LVCMOS to allow 25R or 50R series termination).

    Assuming the Rs = 50ohm, hence please use RZQ = 100ohm.
