10AX115R3F40 Pin Information does not show VCCP pins

I was checking the Pin Information 1.6 for 10AX115R3F40 and i could not find the VCCP pins. I want to make sure that this is a mistake and where i can find the Pin Information without errors. Thanks...

Hi,

if you ask Quartus generated pinout file, 10AX115 in RF40 package has VCCP pins, but they are assigned to VCC in pinout documents. As both should connect to common VCC plane, that makes no actual difference, although it's probably a typo.
