065B Modular Dev Kit Board Test System fails to connect

Hi, I have a new 065B Modular Development Kit and am trying to run the Board Test System app.

My system fails to get responses from the board, although I think I have the cables connected correctly and have not re-programmed anything so is still in factory default state.

Attached is the log file that i get.
