“Can't recognize silicon ID for device 1” with Quartus Prime 15.1

Hi,

I’ve been confused by the problem that when I use Quartus Prime 15.1 to load the .jic into Flash ,it says "Error (209025): Can't recognize silicon ID for device 1. A device's silicon ID is different from its JTAG ID." ,but when I use Quartus II 13.01 sp1 to load the same .jic into Flash ,it’s ok.

What’s the difference in Programmer between version 15.1 and version 13.01?

    Hi,

    May I know which FPGA and Flash are you using? Could you share with me the error message in Quartus Message?

      Hi,​

      Thanks for your attention of my question ,I'm sorry to reply to you after more than two weeks.

      The FPGA and the Flash which I used are EP4CE75F23 and EPCS64.

      And the situation I described earlier will be shown in the three screenshots below.

    Hi,

    May I know if you are able to program EPCS64 with Quartus 15.1 using the JIC generated from Quartus 13.1?
