Which version of OpenCL is supported for the Stratix 10 ES Development Kit Support?

Is there a BSP for 19.1 or 18.1 of OpenCL/Quartus Prime?  What's different about the ES vs. Production?  I have a H-Tile Version of the Development Kit and would like to use the latest verison of Quartus Prime...

The Intel Stratix 10 GX FPGA Reference Platform is available in v19.1.

ES is engineering sample. It is made available solely for evaluation and software development, and may not be resold.
