New ContributorI am using the SERDES Batch Wizard in HyperLynx to analyze a link between 2 Cyclone10 GX devices. I am getting the error "Advanced Eye Diagram: U:/CYCLONE10: the touchstone file does not exist".

Please refer the Advanced Link Analyzer: User Guide (intel.com). Section 2.5 talks about the Advanced Link Analyzer Channel Designer, which can generate the required Touchstone files for link simulations.
