jtag_to_avalon_mm resource

i want to build my script for jtag_to_avalon_mm, in Altera JTAG-to-Avalon-MM Tutorial，i can't access the tutorial zip file, altera_jtag_to_avalon_mm_tutorial.zip, the download websize is out of date,...

but this website is out of date, and you can find the tutorial at this website below:
