Hello,
I have FPGA integrated into compute nodes. But, recently, I have note been able to use them. When I load the intel/2021.3.0 compiler the following messages are returned:

This sounds very similar to the issue I had https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-High-Level-Design/Configuring-for-non-root-user-access-without-quot-Error-opening/m-p/1402918#M2603 - this turned out to be that my user didn't have sufficient permissions to read/write from the raw devices.
So either running the tooling as root worked or (preferably) changing the device permissions might work.
