Quartus Lite edition 19.1

I have been trying to download "Quartus Prime Lite Edition Software (Device support included)" for my college class (using this webpage: https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/19.1/?edition=lite&platform=windows ) however, every time I click the blue download button and agree to the legal disclaimer, it never redirects me or anything. Nothing happens. Can someone please help me download this Quartus-lite-19.1.0.670-windows.tar ?
