Problem openCL FPGA

Hi, i try to isntall OpenCL in Windows PC, first install visual studio with C/C++, visual studio code with plugin to C++, Quartus II the last version, intel system studio, Intel SDK for OpenCL Applications and Intel FPGA SDK for OpenCL Software Technology in that order, but, when i try to chek the plugin in visual studio there are not recgnize the devices, someone have the same prblem?
