OpenCL application hangs FPGA

Hello: I am trying to run a multithreaded OpenCL + OpenMP (host side) application on Devcloud that targets FPGA. It worked fine around 2 weeks ago. However, it is now hanging after a call to clFlus...

Can you tell us whether you are using FPGA emulator or FPGA device.Also please share the job submission command.

    I'm launching it from interactive mode with:
    qsub -I -l nodes=1:fpga_runtime:ppn=2 -d.

    The application works well with the emulator. It only hangs with the FPGA device.
