Hi,

opae.fpga 1.2 seems can't work on DevCloud.

This is how we fix this issue:

curl https://bootstrap.pypa.io/2.7/get-pip.py --output get-pip.py
python get-pip.py  
pip install --user pybind11 
pip install --user opae.fpga==1.1
