I'm using intel's Multi Channel DMA for PCI Express . In the user guide it says we have a global MSI-X enable but i'm not able to find it. How to program this global bit as 1. ...

I believe the global bit is referring to bit[9:8] in table 13 Q_CTRL (Offset 8’h0) (page 19)
