You can probably forget about the pre-beta v2.0 and use the public stable v2.0.1:

As I mentioned, I have a card with old firmware (version 2.0, pre-beta).
To upgrade it into 2.0.1, I need Intel Acceleration Stack Version "2.0", not "2.0.1".

Sorry, I didn't realize there are two steps to the firmware upgrade process (which sounds pretty strange to me). The Acceleration Stack v2.0 was never released to public as far as I know. The first public versions was v2.0.1. You might have better luck asking your point of contact which provided you with the board in the first place, or sending a request through the "Contact Intel" form here:
